Carole Jamieson Dann has been appointed vice president of marketing for the Santa Barbara- based Southern California Region of A-M Homes. Dann will be responsible for all marketing and merchandising activities for the firm’s current projects as well as future projects.

Karl Kreutzer has been named president of the new San Diego division of J. M. Peters Co. Kreutzer has served as director of construction and vice president of product development for the firm and will now oversee all aspects of the company’s building program in San Diego County.

John D. Moore Jr., a founder of Cushman Realty Corp., has been named vice president of the Los Angeles office of R. A. Rowan & Co. The firm has relocated its downtown office to the Crocker Center (to be renamed Wells Fargo Center later this year) atop Bunker Hill.
