System Integrators Inc. Chairman James P. Lennane offered $47 million, or $7.25 a share, for the 57% of the Sacramento company that he and his family do not already own. The offer, for 6.5 million shares, must be approved by the company’s board of directors. System Integrators designs and makes computer systems used by newspapers and news wire services. The company’s stock rose $1.50 after the announcement, to close at $7.375 a share on the New York Stock Exchange.
