Dallas L. Talley, 55, has been named president of TeleVideo Systems, a computer and terminal manufacturer in Sunnyvale. K. Philip Hwang, 51, will remain chairman and chief executive. Talley previously was president and chief executive of Zentec Corp., Santa Clara.
At Zentec, James Siehl will act as president and CEO until a permanent replacement is announced. Siehl previously was president of Datamaxx USA. Zentec recently acquired certain assets of Datamaxx. Siehl had been named vice president-marketing and sales at Zentec.
