A group of investors led by New York financier Mario J. Gabelli boosted its stake in Wynn’s International Inc. of Fullerton to 13.7% of the firm’s outstanding stock, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. From Dec. 14 to 30, the investors bought 39,300 shares of common stock in the maker of automotive products for $20.75 to $21.25 per share. The group also sold 500 shares Dec. 14 at $21 per share. It now holds 517,100 shares. The investors gave no reason for increasing their holdings in Wynn’s.
