Japan Air System Orders 7 Airbus Jets

WASHINGTON — Airbus Industrie said Thursday it signed an agreement to sell seven A300-600R twin-engine widebody aircraft to Japan Air System.
JAS will receive three aircraft in 1991, and the remaining four in 1992, Airbus said. Each aircraft will seat 308 passengers in an all-economy layout.
