Mark Binder and Mike Landru have been named vice presidents of Park/Abrams Development Co., a commercial developer in Irvine. Binder was previously vice president of Arnold Pacific Properties, a West Coast developer. Landru joined Park/Abrams in November as a marketing manager. He is a former director of real estate, western division, for Little Caesars Pizza.
