Commercial Scene : Commonwealth Financial Signs 10-Year Lease
Commonwealth Financial Corp. has signed a 10-year lease valued at about $9 million for 31,237 square feet of space in an office building at 2020 Santa Monica Blvd., Santa Monica.
Charles Dunn Co. represented Commonwealth and WESTMAC represented the owner, Koll Santa Monica Associates One.
