Investor Adds 95,000 Shares to St. Ives Holdings
A Santa Barbara investor has raised his stake in St. Ives Laboratories, a Chatsworth producer of shampoos and other personal-care products, to 6.2% from 4.8%.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Stephen J. Redding said he bought an additional 95,000 shares of St. Ives between Sept. 6 and 15. The stock, purchased at prices between $9.75 and $11 a share, gave Redding a total of 434,500 St. Ives shares.
