UPS Sued Over No-Beard Policy: The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has filed a federal lawsuit charging that United Parcel Service discriminated against employees on the basis of religion. The lawsuit, filed in a Chicago federal court, alleges UPS violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by failing to accommodate the religious practices of employees.
