Flamemaster Corp. to Buy Back Stock, Ups Dividend
Flamemaster Corp., a Sun Valley maker of coatings and sealants, said its board authorized the company’s repurchase of 90,000 shares of its stock, or slightly more than 5% of its total shares outstanding.
Based on Flamemaster’s closing price Monday of $4 a share, the repurchase would cost $360,000.
Flamemaster also said it raised its annual dividend to 11 cents a share from 10 cents, beginning with a 2.75-cent payout due Aug. 9 to shareholders of record July 25.
