Pinkerton’s Buys 15th Security Firm This Year
Pinkerton’s Inc., a Van Nuys-based provider of guards and other security services, said it has acquired ISS SecuriSystem in Great Britain, bringing to 15 the number of companies acquired by Pinkerton’s this year.
SecuriSystem, with annual revenues of about $7.3 million, has 340 employees providing guard and other security services, Pinkerton’s said. The acquisition follows Pinkerton’s purchase of two other British security firms, Argus Shield and Yeoman, as well as its acquisition of Business Risks International, a Nashville, Tenn., investigations consulting firm.
Combined sales of the 15 companies acquired this year total about $88 million annually, Pinkerton’s said.
