Rubens at Norton Simon

* I was pleased to see that The Times illustrated “Stone Tablet Offers 1st Physical Evidence of Biblical King David” (Aug. 14) with the Norton Simon Foundation’s painting by Peter Paul Rubens, “David Slaying Goliath.” Unfortunately, however, since the source of the photograph is not credited, your readers were not made aware of the fact that they can enjoy this and other Baroque masterworks right here in the Los Angeles area at the Norton Simon Museum.
