Wendell O. Henderson; President of Consolidated Realty Board
Wendell O. Henderson, 65, real estate businessman who served two terms as president of the Consolidated Realty Board. The owner of Exclusive Properties Real Estate, Henderson also served as a second vice president of the National Assn. of Real Estate Brokers. Born in Texas, he moved to Los Angeles with his family as a teen-ager and studied architecture at USC and UCLA. Henderson began his career in retail sales with Beverly Hills Silk and Woolens and switched to realty sales with W.A. Robinson Real Estate. After earning his broker’s license, he founded his own firm, which eventually employed 37 agents. On April 9 in Los Angeles after a long illness.
