Hasbro Inc. Recalling Toys: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and the company said the company’s Kenner Products unit will recall 176,000 Colorblaster 3-D design art toys. Kenner Products informed the commission of its decision after it received reports of eight injuries. The Pawtucket, R.I.-based toy maker said the toy uses a pump to pressurize air in a plastic cylinder. When the toy is over-pumped, the pump handle and cap can fly off the base, possibly causing facial injury, the company said. The model number is 14290.11. Kenner said the recall affects only Colorblaster 3-Ds with orange handles and purple caps.
