American Lung Assn. Sells Main Street Building
A 4,000-square-foot building on Main Street in Ventura has been sold by the American Lung Assn. for $300,000.
The structure, now occupied by Ventura County government offices, was purchased as an investment by the Daigle Family Trust, according to Don L. Carlton Inc., the brokerage that handled the transaction.
The same brokerage arranged the sale of a lender-owned building on Knoll Drive in Ventura to the National Assn. of Government Employees. The 3,400-square-foot structure was sold by Glendale Federal Bank for $230,000.
