New Owner for Hilton
ORANGE — Hilton Hotels Corp. has agreed to sell its 230-room Hilton Suites hotel in Orange to a Dallas-based chain.
The Orange hotel is one of four being acquired by Patriot American Hospitality Inc. for a total of $104.7 million. The hotels will be co-managed or franchised by Patriot’s operating company, Patriot said.
