ITT Gilfillan in Pact With U.S. Air Force
The U.S. Air Force has awarded a $10-million contract to ITT Gilfillan for an air-traffic control system.
The contract is for a tactical air-traffic control and landing system that will help the Air Force handle air traffic during bad weather. The system will be installed at Hanscom Air Force Base in Concord, Mass.
ITT Gilfillan in Van Nuys is a unit of the conglomerate ITT Industries, based in White Plains, N.Y.
