Nevada REIT Buys Apartments
FULLERTON — The 421-unit Parkside apartment complex has been bought by a Nevada real estate investment trust for $28.9 million.
The purchase of the Fullerton complex gives buyer Oasis Residential Inc. three Orange County apartment communities with a total of 1,273 units. That represents about 11% of the REIT’s holdings, most of which are in Las Vegas.
