Charter Reform Panels to Hold Public Forums
The appointed Los Angeles City Charter Reform Commission will hold its sixth of seven neighborhood open houses Monday.
Residents will have a chance to respond to the commission’s recommendations through interactive display boards, as well as give their opinions and suggestions in person.
Monday’s meeting will be from 6 to 9 p.m. at CBS Studio Center, 4024 Radford Ave., Studio City.
The Elected Los Angeles Charter Reform Commission will also meet Monday to discuss issues concerning the structure of city government, size of the City Council, community councils, planning and other issues.
There will be an opportunity for public comment. The meeting begins at 3:30 p.m. at the Department of Water and Power, 111 N. Hope St.
