The Santa Ana company, which rents and sells computers and related equipment, said it earned $4.8 million, or 39 cents a share, for the third fiscal quarter, unchanged from the same period a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 declined 26% to $60.6 million, from $81.8 million.
The company also said directors decided to seek permission from regulators to form a national bank that would provide loans to fund purchases of equipment to be leased to customers.
