Times Event Is Geared to Small Business
Small-business owners will get networking tips and an opportunity to put them to use at the second Los Angeles Times Small-Business Strategies Conference on Sept. 24-25.
The event at the Los Angeles Convention Center will offer networking sessions and a chance to use those skills during a Friday evening reception open to all attendees.
More than 10,000 small-business owners are expected to attend the two-day conference, which will focus on firms looking to take their businesses to the next level. The content is especially geared toward growing businesses, with 48 panels and workshops conducted by entrepreneurs, small-business leaders, innovators and consultants.
More nuts-and-bolts tips will be provided in a series of “Top Industry Methods” sessions, which will feature consultants and entrepreneurs from several industries.
Business owners can also get one-on-one advice from consultants in an “Ask the Experts” area.
Registration begins Aug. 4. To be put on a mailing list, call (800) 350-3211 or go to http://161.35.110.226/sbsc for information.
