* Century Investments Inc. acquired Parkway Calabasas, an 89,074-square-foot community shopping center at 23631-23741 Calabasas Road in Calabasas for $18.2 million from Aetna Life Insurance Co. Sam Alison, Jodi Meade and Todd Goodman of CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer and seller.
* Southern California School for Culinary Arts Institute signed a 15-year, $18-million lease for 37,933 square feet of space at 521 E. Green St. in Pasadena. Scott Martin and Bob Stover of Charles Dunn Co. represented the landlord, M&A; Gabaee. John and Dan Alle of John Alle Co. represented the tenant.
* FLC acquired 1010 Glendale Square, a 45,326-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at 1010 N. Glendale Ave. in Glendale for $10.3 million from 1010 Glendale Square LLC. Sam Alison and Jodi Meade of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller. FLC was represented in-house by John Woods.
* Los Angeles-based Iwin.com, a new games and interactive entertainment Internet company, signed a five-year, $5.9-million lease for 27,000 square feet of office space at the Tower at 10940 Wilshire Blvd in Westwood. Micheal S. Geller, Jeffrey E. Resnick and Michael Freiberg of First Property Realty Corp. represented the landlord, TST Tower, a joint venture between Tishman Speyer Properties and Travelers Insurance Co. Bill Feldman of William D. Feldman & Associates represented Iwin.com.
