Companies Still to Report Earnings
Although earnings reporting season is mostly over, a few more traditional companies are expected to post results this week, which could increase investor focus on old-line businesses. Procter & Gamble Co., the maker of Crest toothpaste and a component of the Dow Jones industrial average, is slated to post results Tuesday. P&G; already has warned analysts to expect flat fiscal fourth-quarter earnings. But Wall Street is expecting Clorox Co., which makes household products ranging from bleach to cat litter, to post higher fiscal fourth-quarter earnings Thursday.
