Wynn’s, Keeper Form Sealing Parts Firm

Orange-based Wynn’s International Inc. and Japanese seal manufacturer Keeper Co. have formed a company that will make engineered sealing components for rack-and-pinion steering and other products.
The new company, Wynn’s Keeper Inc., will be headquartered in Springfield, Ky., with manufacturing operations in Kentucky and Indiana.
Wynn’s makes O-rings and sealing products.
