Maintenance Seminar Rental property owners are invited to attend a maintenance seminar taught by Eric White and sponsored by the Apartment Assn. of Greater Los Angeles. The hands-on class will cover how to turn off a water main and how to change a faucet, among other items.

Historical Home Tour
The Dana Point/Capistrano Beach Historical Society presents its inaugural home tour, featuring the historic Doheny homes of Capistrano Beach, built in the late 1920s in the traditional Spanish mission style.
Location: The tour begins at Palisades Elementary School, 26462 Via Sacramento, Capistrano Beach.
Time: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Architectural Tour
The MAK Center for Art and Architecture in Los Angeles will sponsor a daylong walking tour featuring the architecture of Eric Owen Moss at the Hayden Tract, a revived 57-acre property in Culver City.

Time: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. A reception with the architect will be held from 6-8 p.m., for an additional fee.
