Cardiac Science Names New CFO
Cardiac Science Inc., an Irvine maker of external cardiac defibrillators, said Monday that Roderick de Greef has been named chief financial officer and executive vice president and two others have been appointed to key positions.
The company said in a press release that it also has appointed Guy Sohie as senior vice president for operations and Prabodh Mathur as chief product development officer.
Cardiac Science said de Greef provided corporate finance advisory services to early-stage companies since 1995 and has been its advisor since early 1997. Sohie was principal consultant to Global Insite. Mathur was vice president, research and development.
Information on de Greef’s and Sohie’s predecessors wasn’t immediately available. Mathur’s position is newly created.
