A year earlier, the company earned $15.8 million, or 34 cents a share. Revenue declined 4% to $41.5 million.
* Western Digital Corp. in Lake Forest appointed Catherine Scott vice president of corporate communications. She was previously senior director of corporate communications. Scott joined the company in 1987 as a product manager in the personal storage division.
* Matthew Holbrook has been named president of Community Property Repairs Inc., an affiliate of Action Property Management Inc. in Irvine. Holbrook joined Action Property as an association manager and was later promoted to director of operations.
