Kennedy-Wilson Buys Apartments in Santa Ana
Kennedy-Wilson acquired the 196-unit Park Place Apartments at 300 W. 2nd St. in Santa Ana from LTS Group for more than $16.5 million. John Walsh of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer. Melinda Russell of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller.

DLGP III Real Estate, an affiliate of San Diego-based Davlyn Investments, acquired the 159-unit Northview and Southview Apartments at 8111 Reseda Blvd. in Reseda for nearly $11 million. Dean Zander and Robin Ossenbeck of Hendricks & Partners represented the buyer and seller, a subsidiary of San Diego-based Fairfield Residential.

A partnership affiliated with Millenium Holdings acquired a 59-unit apartment building at 615 S. Kenmore Ave. in Los Angeles from Kenmore Towers Partnership for $7 million. Steve Lampe of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and the seller.

GLJ Holding, operator of C&H; Merchandising, bought seven acres in 170-acre Harbor Gateway Center at 190th Street and Harborgate Way in Los Angeles for $4.3 million. It plans to build three warehouse buildings, totaling 140,000 square feet, on the site. The firm plans to break ground this month and complete the project in October, according to Jim Biondi and Terry Reitz of Grubb & Ellis, who represented the seller, Boeing Realty Corp. of Long Beach. The buyer was represented by Rudy Lara of Daum Commercial Real Estate.

Master Development Corp. of Newport Beach acquired 14 acres on Maple Street in Corona for $3.3 million and plans to build 230,000 square feet of industrial buildings in a project called West Corona Business Park. The buyer and the seller, Questar Regulated Services Inc., were represented by Walter Frome of Trammell Crow Co.
