Man Who Served in SS at Camp Ordered Deported

Federal immigration Judge Robert Owens has ordered the deportation of an 80-year-old man who served in the SS at a Nazi concentration camp.
Jakiw Palij, who lives in Queens, has denied taking part in atrocities, but told federal investigators he was recruited from his Polish village and worked for the SS at the Trawniki forced-labor camp for two months in 1943.
