2 Men Are Found Shot to Death Inside Vehicle
Two men were found shot to death in the front seats of a vehicle early Saturday morning in what authorities believe were gang- or narcotics-related murders, a police spokesman said.
The bodies were found near the intersection of Western and Gage avenues after the shooting at 3:15 a.m., said Officer Jason Lee, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department.
Detectives believe the gunmen were mostly likely sitting in the rear seats when the fatal shots were fired. Authorities were withholding the deceased men’s identities until their families could be notified.
