Re “Upscale? So 5 minutes ago,” April 8
You have to pity those poor folks in Las Vegas who feel compelled to trade their 6,000- or 8,000-square-foot homes for ones of 10,000 or 12,000. And you have to wonder, when want becomes need, why they would be satisfied with the new acquisition when just a development away they could have what -- 16,000 or 18,000 square feet? Don’t the poor fools know they are on a roller coaster that has no end?
