Hennessey offers up supercharged upgrades for Mopar muscle
If you want more muscle out of your Mopar muscle car, Texas auto tuner Hennessey Performance Engineering has something for you.
The company has designed supercharger upgrades for all 6.4-liter V-8 Hemi-powered Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, Chrysler 300C and Jeep Grand Cherokee models. The three upgrades are available for the autos’ 2011 to 2013 model years.

Hennessey’s HPE600 offering is designed to boost output from 470 brake horsepower to 600 bhp at 5,500 rpm. The system includes a custom air induction system, new fuel injectors and a TVS2300 Magnuson supercharger system.
Or you can go for new cylinder headers with the HPE650 option and push out 650 bhp at 5,800 rpm.
Want more? Then opt for the HPE800 package, which involves Hennessey’s twin-turbo conversion. The tune-up is set to kick out 800 bhp at 6,200 rpm.

There is a disclaimer, though: Performance figures are based on 93 octane fuel. And unfortunately for Angelenos, it’s not California emissions compliant.
