Lauren Conrad buys $8.5-million home in Laguna Beach [Photos]
Lauren Conrad, who gained fame on the reality show “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County,” continues to move up in that beach city, this time to an oceanfront home that cost her $8.5 million.
She has a nearby home in the Three Arch Bay area listed for sale at $2.695 million, reports Realtor.com, which broke the news of her purchase.
The single-story home she bought is set on nearly one-half acre and has stellar views of the bay and coastline. Built in 1937 and remodeled, the house features a new kitchen, vaulted beamed ceilings, wood-plank flooring, three bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The gated community offers tennis, parks, a clubhouse and a private beach.
