‘Desperate Housewives’ actress Teri Hatcher pines for a renter in Studio City
“Desperate Housewives” star Teri Hatcher is offering her gated estate in Studio City for short-term lease at $25,000 a month or long term for $30,000 a month.
In addition to the renovated two-story house, the fenced and hedged grounds include expansive wood decking and a swimming pool with spa.
The 4,106 square feet of living space incorporates an eye-catching color palate. Forest green cabinetry accents the kitchen, and the living room is filled with navy blue built-ins. The hardwood-lined master suite, one of three bedrooms, holds a fireplace and sitting area.
Sliding glass doors in the dining room lead outside, where a landscaped patio boasts a fire pit, a grill and outdoor dining area.
Lee Ziff of Keller Williams Beverly Hills holds the listing, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Hatcher, 53, won a Golden Globe and three Screen Actors Guild awards for her role on “Desperate Housewives.” Since the show ended in 2012, she has appeared in “Supergirl” and the CBS sitcom “The Odd Couple.”
