Brad Grey of Paramount lists Bel-Air mansion at $27.5 million
Paramount Chief Executive Brad Grey and his wife, Cassandra, have listed their estate in Bel-Air at $27.5 million.
Built in 2006, the traditional-style mansion is gated and sits on more than an acre of land. Features within the 10,616 square feet of living space include a two-story entry with a curved staircase, a paneled den with a bar, a living/media room, a gym, a Pilates studio, five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Several chandeliers, sconces and decorative mirrors are excluded from the sale.

The landscaped grounds include a covered loggia, a swimming pool and a motor court.
Grey bought the property in 2009 for $22 million, public records show.
The couple is selling to build a new house in nearby Holmby Hills, listing agent Stephen Shapiro of Westside Estate Agency told the Wall Street Journal.
