In 2013, the escalation literally extends to arms – specifically the buffed up, bicep-curl-enhanced, supplement-augmented arms seen throwing punches and busting off shots while attached to action moviedom’s leading He-men.

But while these alpha males have the multiplex in a headlock (in terms of their sheer ubiquity), not every actor at the gun show necessarily measures up to the competition.

And there are even a couple of women flexing their toned triceps.
