Earthquake: 2.5 quake strikes near Anaheim
A shallow magnitude 2.5 earthquake was reported Thursday morning two miles from Anaheim, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The temblor occurred at 2:32 a.m. PST at a depth of 1.9 miles.
According to the USGS, the epicenter was two miles from Orange, two miles from Placentia and three miles from Fullerton.
In the last 10 days, there have been two earthquakes of magnitude 3.0 or greater centered nearby.
