Justin Bieber’s neighbor says singer assaulted him
The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an allegation that singer Justin Bieber threatened and assaulted a neighbor.
Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said Tuesday the alleged battery did not involve “physical touching,” but he would not provide further details.
The neighbor, who lives near Bieber on Prado Del Grandioso in Calabasas, alleged he was arguing with Bieber outside their homes when the altercation escalated.
Sheriff’s deputies arrived at 9:08 a.m. Tuesday to investigate, Whitmore said.
In May, a photographer who was taking photos of Bieber and then-girlfriend Selena Gomez at a Calabasas mall accused Bieber of kicking and punching him.
But the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office determined there was no evidence to corroborate the allegation.
