Bryan Stow discusses his memory loss from Dodger Stadium beating

More than three years after San Francisco Giants fan Bryan Stow was brutally beaten at Dodgers Stadium, he says he can’t remember much about the attack.

In an interview with USA Today, Stow and his family say his lack of recollection is indicative of a larger memory-loss problem resulting from the severe head wounds he suffered on March 31, 2011.

Whether it’s “what I did last night, to how I was yesterday, to what I did an hour ago,” Stow said he can’t remember.

“It’s really self-deprecating how that can be,” he said.

His mother told the paper that Stow only remembers the attack because they have talked to him about it.

Stow was attacked on opening day by Louie Sanchez and Marvin Norwood, who were ultimately convicted of the assault.

The former paramedic and father of two was awarded millions in damages in July after weeks of testimony in a civil suit.

The Dodgers, as well as Norwood and Sanchez, were ordered to pay a share of the $18-million judgment.

As the Giants took on the Kansas City Royals on Wednesday in Game 1 of the 2014 World Series, ESPN was filming while Stow watched.

“The Giants are where it’s at,” he said.
