Small earthquakes strike Santa Clarita area
Several small earthquakes occurred Saturday morning in the Santa Clarita area.
The largest measured 3.1 magnitude and struck at 7:54 a.m. It was followed by a few smaller aftershocks.
The largest quake was felt by some residents over a wide area, including the San Fernando and Santa Clarita valleys, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
