USC bans tailgating on campus for Thursday’s game against Arizona
Chalk up another loss for USC this season: tailgating on campus.
For the first time in the Bowl Championship Series era, USC is hosting a home game at L.A. Coliseum on a school night, so campus authorities are putting a lid on pregame tailgating on campus. Football game attendees will not be able to park in on-campus lots either, unless they have a season parking pass.
Tailgating and parking will stay the same off campus, including at the Coliseum and Expo Park.
Also, the Cardinal and Gold Picnic will be available to fans with tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Trojans (3-2) square off against Arizona (3-1) at 7:30 p.m.
