Reader photo: A rare rainy night
It’s a rare but beautiful sight. Especially this winter, with most of California under drought conditions, it’s been impossible to get good rain pictures. Salina Canizales took advantage of Thursday’s rainstorm, making this image of a passerby holding an umbrella while passing under some overhead lights. A puddle reflects the entire scene.
Rain in L.A. is a great opportunity to create some unique and memorable images. And if you happen to get a little wet, well, that’s all part of making good pictures.
