Reader photo: Hinoki grilled mushrooms
Some say photography is all about providing an experience of being there, but sometimes the viewers really wish they were there. This is one of those cases.
Hinoki grilled shiitake and oyster mushrooms, accompanied by a wedge of lime and bit of sea salt, form this beautiful arrangement captured by Chris Goldberg while dining at Hinoki & the Bird in Century City on Feb. 27.
You can almost taste them.
